In 2018, in addition to the fact that, as in previous years, BPO took part in this contest for the third time and received the Family-Friendly Company title, BPO has won the Family-Friendly Company Award in mid-sized companies’ category, of which we are very proud.
At the outset, BPO was a family business, where from the beginning the aim was to create a service culture that combines professionalism typical of international companies with the spirit of family businesses.
We support the principle that BPO staff does not have to choose between work and private life and career and family. Harmonizing issues related to the family and private life and work as effectively as possible is treated as a priority.
We believe that since we spend the largest part of our weekdays with work, it is of the utmost importance that in what mood, sense and circumstances this time is spent. We have introduced a number of measures to ensure that working time doers not compromise private life and took a lot of steps that improve the circumstances of daily work itself. We have developed modern working practices (home office, flexible work schedules) and increased the commitment of the employees with teambuilding programs and corporate events.
We organize our family programs with high participation rates throughout the year (BPO Family day, trips), and also organize programs which can get the children of our employees closer to the profession of their parents.
We place strong emphasis on the professional development of our employees (with our internal knowledge sharing system and the support of trainings). For physical wholeness, preventive healthcare programs have been introduced, e.g. health insurance package for all of our employees and twice a month a masseur comes to our office.
Based on our experiences to date and the positive feedbacks, these commitments are of value for our colleagues and - according to the Family-Friendly Company of the Year Award - for the professional jury as well.
